- We had a hearing on default judgement at 10:00 am on Aug 22, 2019 at the Williamson County Civil Court, Justice of the Peace, Precinct 1. The court awarded us $7101.00 and court fee. Here is the copy of the judgement

- We have filed a civil case (Case No. 1JC-19-0885, Williamson County Justice Court) against Patrick Diaz. In the past few months we've also come across multiple people who are in a similar situation and are considering legal options. Stay Tuned.

Default Judgement - August 27, 2019
The purpose of this website is to spread awareness about our horrifying experience with Patrick Diaz, a.k.a. Patrick Abraham Diaz, the owner of Diaz Quality Construction Project LLC. Patrick Abraham Diaz claims to be a general contractor primarily active in Central Texas areas such as Austin and Round Rock.
Patrick Abraham Diaz talked us into paying him $8000 to make improvements on our house and then took off with our money completing less than 10% of the work. When we pressed him to honor our contract, Patrick Abraham Diaz threatened us with physical harm putting us in fear for our lives.
Patrick Abraham Diaz solicited us on Facebook in November 2018 when we asked the community to recommend a general contractor for a deck construction project. Patrick Abraham Diaz is very convincing and always has a sob story about how he is a victim of unfair treatment but a reliable hard worker. He gave us phone numbers of references but we later found out that they were his relatives. After receiving thousands of dollars upfront he abandoned the project, leaving our backyard looking like a construction site.
When we managed to contact Patrick Abraham Diaz in February 2019, he made it clear that he had no intention of either honoring his contract and finishing the project, or returning our money. He threatened us on phone. We fear for our safety because Patrick Abraham Diaz has an extensive criminal record that includes Assault on a Family Member.
